The New Orleans Business Alliance is seeking a consultant to perform Program Evaluation services for an Executive Education program that is part of InvestNOLA, an accelerator program for high-growth entrepreneurs of color.

The consultant will be responsible for reviewing program curriculum and materials, auditing all sessions (learning environment, effectiveness of instructor and instruction methodology), conducting stakeholder interviews (participant engagement and aptitude) and producing a comprehensive final assessment.

The final report should include descriptions of the key elements that comprise the courses; analysis of the approach(es) deployed by instructors, as well as execution, and delivery of curriculum and provide a summary of the applicable outcomes and metrics to support future iterations of the program.
